Sugar-free oatmeal cookies without butter are an excellent choice for breakfast and as a snack for children and adults. They are versatile and work with many other foods.

Sugar-free oatcakes without butter are real treats and also do not contain all the added sugar, trans fat, and salt that you find in commercial products.

Making cookies at home allows you to replace all the useless ingredients with better varieties that add nutrition to your diet.

The benefits of oatmeal

Oatmeal is one of the most consumed grains in the world. Its high nutritional value makes it stand out from other cereals and it contains a lot of protein and fiber.

Among its many advantages, it is important to point out:

Digestive diseases

Oatmeal is a good regulator of intestinal transit thanks to its high content of soluble and insoluble fibers. Consumption of it is recommended to relieve symptoms of gastritis, sour stomach, and hemorrhoids.

This is because it protects the mucous membranes in the digestive system. Furthermore, its soluble fibers have a prebiotic effect that promotes the quality of the intestinal flora.

Gallbladder health

Regular consumption of oatmeal can contribute to a reduction of bile salts during digestion, which promotes their expulsion and cleansing of the gallbladder.

This counteracts the formation of gallstones and colic.

Cardiovascular diseases

The fiber content in oatmeal reduces the absorption of cholesterol and thus regulates cholesterol levels and blood pressure. Its low-fat content also promotes good heart function.
