You will receive 2 purple Chinese Wisteria starter live plants, 2 seedling plants per order. When grown from seeds, Wisterias take a few years to start blooming. The plants are 1.5-2 years old.
During Winter we ship them bare root, wrapped in moist media, no pot.
When shipped dormant Wisterias are leafless and look like a single stem. The last picture shows what you will receive if you decide to order in Winter. Please plant them into soil and let them rest until spring. They adjust easy when dormant. They usually start developing leaves in April.
Potted plants will be shipped in Spring only
Hardiness: Most plants thrive in hardiness zones 5-9.
Sunlight: Wisteria should be planted in a location that receives full sunlight for at least 6 hours a day.
Soil: the plant prefers well-drained soil that is rich in organic matter.
