Shipments to California are shipped without soil as mandated by the state government.

We do not ship to HI, AK and PR.

We only sell and ship within Mainland U.S.

Ships inside cardboard box via UPS Shipping on Monday or Tuesday. If you buy after 1 pm on Tuesday, we will ship NEXT MONDAY to protect the plants. Holiday season like November and december plant ships only on Mondays.

We only ship healthy plants.

However, any leaves may potentially wilt a bit due to being in a dark box, this is true of any plant purchased online which has tender leaves.

You have 24 HOURS to contact us if you have any questions or issues with your order or package upon delivery. We only guarantee plants’ condition before delivery.

Please provide pictures of unopened box if box is damaged upon arrival. Please provide pictures of plants for faster communication. We will gladly answer questions and help to resolve issues.

Wilted leaves DOES NOT mean the plant is dead, it is in shock, please be patient and give them atleast 4 weeks to recover.

Withering of leaves are not uncommon during Transport. If the main Stem is alive, the plant is considered delivered in good condition.

We will not deliver to post box. If buyer changes the delivery method to parcel locker just before delivery, we are not responsible to any damages to the box.

Due to COVID our carriers stated that only next day air is a guaranteed delivery time. That requires buyers to pay for the premium shipment method. However, 99 percent of our shipments reach by the estimated delivery time promised by the carrier.
