29″ Garden Fountain – Large Copper Water Spout – Japanese Sozu – Water Feature- Bamboo Style
The Sozu water spout is crafted from a 29″ x 1 1/4″diameter copper pipe and a 12″ x 1″ diameter copper spout. It comes with 36″ of 1/2″ OD x 3/8″ ID plastic tubing installed. Tubing attaches easily to any small to med sized pond pump, pump is not included, but may be purchased at most hardware or building supply stores. If needed for longer water runs you can add a coupler and more tubing, which also can be purchased from hardware stores. Most pumps will allow you to control water flow from a small relaxing trickle to a more robust flow. Pump is placed in your pond or water basin and connected to the attached plastic tube coming from water spout. The electric for the pump is run over the side of your basin/ and to a GFI certified electric outlet. There is no need for any other water connection.
These water spouts are not sprayed with any type of sealer or varnish, they have a dynamic living finish which allows them to continue to oxidize slowly over time and create their own unique patina or coloration. They make a great garden ornament and water feature for your pond. The sound of trickling water will enhance any backyard setting, creating an oasis of solitude during these otherwise chaotic times.
Comes in a natural copper brushed finish. Can also be ordered with an oil rubbed bronze, or verdigris finish for an additional charge.
Birds love to sit on the spout and drink or bathe. We have many birds that visit our fountains as well as a fairly large hummingbird community.
Custom orders welcome.
