DESCRIPTION

You will receive a 4-inch potted live plant in grower’s pot similar to the pictures, it will not be exact and please understand that sometime plants can be larger or smaller than photo. We welcome you to message and ask for additional pictures if needed.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping cost are automatically calculated based on the package’s weight, box size and shipping distance. If your order is multiple items we will combine packages if possible and refund the overcharged shipping fee If we do overcharge shipping. If your order is larger, taller, or heavier, we may change the carrier to match the shipping amount you paid.

We do our best to process and ship your order out within 1-3 business days after payment is received. It may take longer for multiple or large items. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the package. Shipping process is usually 2-4 days.

We also can schedule your shipping date to avoid holiday/weekend transit holds or extreme weather. If you wish to delay shipping or schedule transit time for your order, please contact us immediately after purchase as we would be happy to ship the item on your requested shipping date.

Shipping labels are automatically created from the information you have entered in the platform. Any shipping address errors will not be refunded. If the product is returned to us and still in good health, we can reship it at the customer’s cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the nature of the products we handle, it is the customers responsibility to open their package and inspect it upon arrival, and communicate any discrepancies within 24 hours by sending us a message with the description of the problem along with supporting photos. We ensure the quality of product and sound packaging for the safest delivery possible. We have no control over your shipment once it has been shipped and we cannot guarantee the plants will survive if they’re left in your post office box or mailbox for an extended period of time. You can set up text alerts with the USPS website to alert you when the package with your tracking # has been delivered.Seller is not responsible for USPS delays or damage. I will work with you to submit a claim. Please purchase additional insurance if needed, USPS priority covers up to $50.

All live plant sales are final. If your plants arrive damaged or there is a problem with your order, please message me with a photo of the original packaging, including box and plants. These must be identifiable in the photo attached to your message. Buyers must contact me with order related questions within 24 hours of receiving the product. If a return is required, please save the original packing material including the box. No refunds or exchanges after 24 hours.

Product costs will only be refunded if the product received is damaged beyond the viability of the plant, i.e. plants that are slightly wilted or partially broken are not eligible for damaged plants. Plants recover quickly once properly cared for. If the problem is caused by me (the seller), we will also refund the return shipping fee. Your item and shipping refunds will be credited to the payment method you used.

 

PEST AND DISEASE CONTROL

We love earth, we love honeybee, we have vegetables and fruits on our garden. We only use ORGANIC disease and pest control prevention. If you have more than one pot of plants even indoor, please use disease and pest control when you receive new plants. If you are looking for plants that are completely insect free, you should use pest control and prevent every week or two weeks. Please understand that insects are mobile and attracted to plants, they will actively approach plants.
